bE Salon was opened by Erin, who owns it and also works as a stylist, more than ten years ago. The salon describes itself as a neighborhood salon. Its founder set out to build a salon with strong stylists serving the North Valley and Cave Creek area, and the salon says it has given back to the community that supported its growth.

The stated values centre on treating clients like family, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of one's own craft, and continually working to do better. The salon is open Monday from 9 am to 3 pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm, and closed Sundays.
