The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm. Sunday and Monday are kept as family time with no business hours. Clients can reach the salon at (480) 595-1700 or info@tamestudio.com. Some services can be booked instantly through the online booking tool, while other online requests are not booked until a front desk team member contacts the client. Requests sent on Sundays or Mondays are followed up on Tuesday.

When booking, clients can ask for a preferred stylist, and the salon tries to offer the first available appointment. Clients describe their hair type, texture, thickness and length. Color clients also share their current hair condition, current color and goal color, and can email photos of the look they want. A complimentary consultation is offered. Color services do not include a blow-dry or additional styling unless it is requested at booking, and Event Style is done on dry hair without a shampoo and blowout.

Hair prices are minimums and vary by stylist. Color correction and extraction and hair extensions each begin with a consultation before pricing, and nail art pricing varies. Questions about skin services can be directed to the salon by phone.

A credit card must be kept on file to book an appointment. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours of notice; changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the service to the card on file. After three consistent no-shows or late cancellations, the salon may limit a client to same-day bookings. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the salon reserves the right to refuse any service.
