The salon is owned by Krista Garcia, who has been a hairstylist since 2012. She co-owned a salon for seven years before opening Salon Fiora. Many of her clients have been coming to her for more than ten years. Her specialties include low-maintenance color, dimensional blondes, extensions and men's grooming, and her work has increasingly centered on scalp health and hair loss support.

Services are grouped into haircuts, color, extensions, treatments, add-ons and bridal. Color services begin with a consultation, which is required before any new color service and before color correction and extension installs. Gloss, base color with pull through, highlights, balayage and color correction are all offered. Treatments include a shampoo with blowout, scalp nourishment sessions, a scalp nourishment add-on for haircuts and a longer scalp spa ritual that includes before and after close-up photos of the scalp.

Booking is online, and clients whose schedules don't match the online availability can email a request for extra appointments on evenings or weekends. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice to be rescheduled or canceled without charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged half of the scheduled service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
