Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended for shorter waits and are given priority. Walk-ins must prepay, and a walk-in fee applies during the last hour of service. Bookings require a 50% deposit that goes toward the service; cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead get a full refund to the original payment method, while later cancellations forfeit the deposit and no-shows are charged the full service price. Online booking runs through the salon's Phorest page, and clients can rebook a previous appointment there. Deposits can be paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay when available.

For extensions, the salon offers full and partial sew-ins, bond-ins (also called quick weaves), lace frontals that cover the hairline from ear to ear, and smaller lace closures. It recommends professional sew-in maintenance every two to three weeks, with no more than a month between appointments, and washing and drying a sew-in every two weeks. Consultations are available for clients whose sew-in was installed elsewhere. The Refresh Series includes two refresh packages and one removal package, plus a free Protein & Steam Treatment listed at a $35 value.

The salon uses Goddess Edition virgin human hair for sew-in weaves and sells that collection. Its shampoo sinks have ECOHEADS water filters, which the salon says reduce chlorine and help restore moisture, and it describes itself as a clean water salon. The team uses Moroccanoil in the salon and recommends it for home care. VIP service includes express service, direct access to the stylist of the client's choice, and complimentary snacks and beverages. The salon has also hosted a beauty demonstration with an educator from Douglas J Royal Oak Institute, including a partial sew-in tutorial.
