Custom wigs and units are built to order and designed to be worn without adhesive, using high-quality materials and techniques meant to give a natural finish. Clients can use their own hair for construction, and the salon recommends raw Indian hair for the best results. A deposit is required for custom orders, which are ready within two to four weeks of the completed consultation. Consultations are recommended for custom orders and can be done virtually. Medical wigs are custom-made cranial prosthetics for clients with medical hair loss, and many clients may have them covered partly or fully by medical insurance. Medical wig clients are invited to schedule a call with the owner. Local clients can also view and buy available ready-to-wear units in person, while ready-to-wear wigs can be purchased online and shipped.

Hair services cover braids, twists, weaves, sew-ins, ponytails, styling, cuts, color and treatments. The salon works with all hair types with a focus on natural textures. Every service includes a shampoo and blowout. Clients must arrive fully detangled, and arriving tangled adds a $20 detangling fee. Color services require a consultation for new clients, who arrive with natural hair out, and color clients should wash their hair 24 to 48 hours before the appointment without scrubbing the scalp. Hair consultations cost $25 and are deducted from services booked the same day.

Appointments are booked through the online booking site and are by appointment only, so walk-ins need to call ahead. Confirmation notices go out 24 hours before the visit and must be confirmed within that window. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged to the card on file; a $50 rebooking fee applies to no-shows, and unpaid fees block future bookings. Major credit and debit cards, cash and Cash App through Square are accepted, but Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay are not. Children aged 8 and older who can sit well in the chair are served with a parent present.
