Hair services range from small add-on treatments to full styles. Knotless, Boho, feed-in, freestyle and teen braid styles are offered, along with twists, starter locs, loc retwists, soft locs and extended invisible locs. Color work includes ombre, full-head color and retouches, and color on extensions is done before the hair is installed. Quick weaves, sew-ins and crochet styles are available, and a wig install includes a wash, blow dry and braid down.

Children have their own options, including braids, twists, silk presses and starter locs for clients ten and under, plus braid styles for teens aged 13 to 17. Men can book freestyle braids or a cut that includes a fade, taper and line up. A Natural Beat makeup look with lashes is also on the menu.

Booking is based on a $25 deposit, which is deducted from the service price at the visit and can be sent through Cash App or Zelle. Clients have a 15-minute grace period before a $25 late fee applies. Appointments are treated as cancelled 20 minutes after the start time and carry a 50% cancellation fee, and same-day rescheduling forfeits the deposit. Squeeze-in visits carry a $50 fee and depend on availability. Gift certificates come in amounts from $50 to $300 and are good for one-time use on any listed service. Cash, Zelle, Cash App and debit or credit cards are accepted, with a $5 fee for Cash App and a $6 fee for card payments.
