The salon was opened in New York in 2025 by its owner, Lily, who debuted as a lash technician specializing in No Glue Lash Lift in 2024. The salon says its products are sourced from Korean distributors. Products can also be picked up in person at the studio.
A $20 deposit is required to secure a booking, and it is credited toward the final bill. The deposit cannot be refunded, though it can be moved to another appointment one time with 24 hours' notice. Changes and cancellations are made by text, with at least 24 hours' notice. Anyone who cancels inside the 24-hour window or misses an appointment forfeits the deposit and may have to prepay the full amount before rebooking. Arriving over 15 minutes late can result in a reschedule or a late fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late is treated as a no-show. After a no-show, full prepayment is needed for any future booking. Cash, Zelle and Venmo are accepted. Add-on services are not sold separately and do not qualify for discounts.
Clients with a history of allergic reactions or high sensitivity can book a patch test first, which carries a separate $20 non-refundable deposit. The salon recommends that clients with medical concerns speak with a physician before booking. Lash lift results typically last about six weeks, depending on lash growth and aftercare. Brow lamination results last about four to six weeks. After a lash lift, clients are advised to keep lashes dry and avoid water, steam, and oil-based products around the eyes for at least six hours, ideally 24.
