The lash menu is built around three extension styles. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash for a natural look, volume extensions fan several lightweight extensions onto each natural lash for a fuller effect, and hybrid sets mix the two, typically in a 70-30 or 50-50 ratio. Classic sets can be made in mink, premium silk, real mink or a cashmere-style flat ellipse, and bottom lash extensions use a real silk blend.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers lash lifts that use silicone pads and glue rather than perm rods, keratin lift and tint treatments that lift, curl and add keratin and biotin to natural lashes, and lash tinting. Brows can be laminated to sit upward for a brushed-up look, tinted, or fitted with brow extensions, which are synthetic strands attached to brow hairs or the skin around the brows with surgical adhesive. The salon notes that brow extensions are non-invasive, unlike microblading. Existing extensions can be removed with a cleansing treatment.

The salon says its lash materials are custom-made, blended with Korean pure silk fibers and produced exclusively for the salon. It also says it worked with a private chemist to develop three lash glues, quick drying, sensitive and organic, and that it uses medical-grade adhesives. A complimentary touch-up is offered within five days of a service if a client is not happy with the result.

Focused on natural-looking extension styles built on the salon's own materials and glues, with fill-ins recommended every two to three weeks since extensions typically last four to six weeks.
