The Fair Oaks Blvd and Howe Ave locations run on the same schedule: Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM until 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM until 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM until 5 PM. Both are shut on Sundays and Mondays. The Folsom location keeps Wednesday through Sunday hours of 10 AM to 6 PM, and Monday and Tuesday visits there happen only by appointment. Guests can reserve online or phone or text (916) 972-7273. At Folsom, parking on the street and in the lot is free, and the entrance is identified by orange doors facing Sutter Street.

Stylists confirm the final price of a haircut, and colorists confirm color prices, which clients can ask about with a quote before a color service begins. The team list shows five stylists at Fair Oaks Blvd, twelve at Howe Ave and five at Folsom.

Haircuts include Sassoon precision cuts, priced by stylist level, DevaCurl cuts done on dry hair curl by curl, and men's clipper cuts. Color work ranges from root touch-ups and color stretches to balayage, ombre, highlights, double process blonding, gray blending, silver transformation and color correction. Blowouts can be booked with a scalp massage and an optional Kerastase, R+Co or Nioxin treatment added on, and blowout packages of ten are available at a lower per-visit rate.

Beyond hair, the salon offers Keratin Complex, SB Custom Smooth, Yuko and Wella smoothing treatments, I-Tip, Smart Tab and sew-in extensions, digital and Curl Cult perms, loc services, bridal hair and makeup, mineral makeup, face and body waxing, brow waxing, and red light infrared therapy at the two Sacramento salons. Gift cards come in $25 increments and are emailed to the recipient, and the salon sells R+Co products that ship to customers.
