Appointments are booked online through the salon's GlossGenius page. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, closing at 5 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday, 6 PM on Thursday, and 7 PM on Friday and Saturday. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation made with less notice than that is charged half the service price, payable before rebooking. A no-show or a cancellation within 24 hours is charged the full service price to the card on file as a deposit toward the next visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened or moved, and a late fee may apply. Clients dealing with an illness or emergency are asked to contact the owner directly.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and they are final once purchased.
