The salon says its goal is for every client to feel comfortable, confident and cared for from the moment they arrive. Visits often begin with an in-person consultation, used to plan services around what the client wants from their hair. New clients must have an extension consultation before booking extension services, and color correction or transformation work also requires a consultation first.

It includes full color, partial and full-head highlights, colormelt, creative color, gloss and tone, lowlights, tip out and wet balayage, and bleach-based services such as root touchups, double process and Ultra Blonde. Color correction and transformation are quoted from $1,000 for up to 8 hours, with extra time at $150 per hour. Partial highlights take about three hours, Ultra Blonde about six, and a grey coverage root touchup about an hour and a half. A color analysis, which takes about 45 minutes, asks clients to arrive without makeup.

Haircuts range from kids and pixie cuts to mid-length, curly, XL, barber and transformation cuts. Extension work covers tape-in and weft installation and removal, and extension consultation fees go toward installation when that service is booked. Wash and blow-dry options cover standard, textured and extension hair, and first-time clients can book a wash and blow-dry for $60 with a complimentary scalp or bond building treatment. The salon has a 30-day exchange policy for products used only once, and it does not offer monetary refunds for goods or services.
