Hair designers are placed in one of five price levels, from New Talent through Level 4, and hair service prices reflect a designer's experience and education. New Talent designers have finished cosmetology school and passed their state board examination, then study under an advanced designer for another four to six months. Aveda's top educators also teach hands-on classes in the salon throughout the year.
The spa side covers facials, massage, manicures and pedicures, and waxing. Estheticians, nail specialists and massage therapists have completed training at accredited schools for their specialty and additional Aveda service training, and massage therapists are licensed by the City of Novi. Facial options include a Tulasāra facial, a Plant Stem Cell and Plant Acid Facial, an Aveda Acne Relief Facial, and plant and exfoliation peels.
Cut and style visits begin with a consultation to determine a style, and cut prices include a blow dry. Corrective and fashion color require a complimentary consultation, which may be held in person or sometimes by phone with photos. Perms and extensions are priced after a complimentary consultation, and lash extensions and fills are also available by appointment.
The salon uses only Aveda pure plant and flower formulas for its hair and spa services. It says it aligns with Aveda's mission of ethical and sustainable business practices.
