A bridal consultation takes 45 minutes and covers style trials, timeline planning and day-of logistics, and the salon suggests booking it 3 to 6 months before the wedding. A total transformation consultation takes 45 minutes and covers a full hair assessment and multi-visit planning. First appointments include a personalized consultation. Several color, cut and additional services are priced variably, so the salon asks clients to contact them for details.
Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may be charged the full service amount. Appointments with multiple services or lasting 3 or more hours need 72 hours' notice and a credit card on file. After two late cancellations or no-shows within six months, future bookings require a 50% deposit. Concerns about a service should be raised within 7 days so adjustments can be made. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
