The team is organized into Senior Stylists, Color and Extension Specialists, and New Talent. New talent stylists are licensed, train alongside senior team members, and offer lower pricing while they build their clientele. Fully licensed apprentices support busier team members, and stylists are paid on commission.

New clients are asked to book a consultation with the stylist of their choice before booking highlights or color. Stylists give a cost estimate at booking, and highlight and balayage pricing depends on the stylist and the amount of color needed. Clients who are unsure which service or stylist suits them can complete a matchmaking survey or call the salon for guidance. Senior stylists are usually booked two to three weeks out, while newer stylists often have sooner openings. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance, a credit card is required to book, and cancellations need 48 hours notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean services are adjusted or the appointment is rescheduled. Complimentary parking validation is offered in nearby garages through a QR code at the gate. Extensions are hand-tied, made from 100% real human hair sourced through MB Hair Co., and sewn into wefts without tape or adhesive. A 15-minute consultation covers ordering and paying for the hair on the day. The first installation typically takes about 2 hours and move-up appointments about 1 to 1.5 hours, and the hair is colored to match the client's natural shade. Clients with extensions should mention them when booking a blow out so enough time is allowed. Extensions should not be removed at home, since removal takes about 15 minutes in the salon. An at-home care package of curated products is available for maintenance.

The salon uses and sells Davines and Oribe products, uses Milbon products for blow outs, and primarily uses Goldwell, Redken, Schwartzkopf and O&M for color. Its online shop and in-salon retail carry clean beauty hair, skin and makeup products along with tools and accessories, and gift cards can be used for products and services in the salon. Mirror Mirror is a member of Green Circle Salons, a program aimed at reducing beauty industry waste and carbon emissions, and it runs a foil and packaging recycling program.
