For color booked online, the color service is selected first, followed by the haircut or blowout. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged a $25 fee per service to the card on file, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean forfeiting the appointment.
Dimensional color and balayage may need toner. Highlighting and dimensional color prices depend on timing, hair density and product use, and listed prices are subject to change. Large bridal parties may need a deposit. Booking for a family member or friend is done under your account, with the guest's name noted in the comments. Payment is by check with valid ID, cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, and gratuity cannot be added to card or check payments. Gift cards are available in the salon or by mail.
The salon sells Crush, AirSpray, Galaxy, Give Me Body and Give Me Both hair products, along with merchandise including an eco tote, an embroidered beanie and unisex short-sleeve V-neck T-shirts. It is open Tuesday from 11 to 5, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 to 8:30, Friday from 9 to 5:30 and Saturday from 9 to 5, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.
