Betty helped found the salon by joining forces with others to bring it into existence. Traviss, now an owner, came back to Philadelphia and committed to the salon's vision after his own years in the craft.

Color work is grouped by stylist level. Color gloss costs $57. Color correction and extensions are priced after a consultation. Keratin treatments start at $349 for Trissola/Solo and $379 for Cliove, Lasio and Trissola/True or True+. Men's haircuts start at $60, beard trims at $25, and children's cuts at $55 for boys under 10 and $70 for girls under 10.

Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30am to 6pm, Thursday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 7:30am to 4pm and Sunday 9am to 3pm, with Mondays closed. Hours may change. Parking is in a municipal lot behind the salon on Old Lancaster Road, where a few spaces are kept for guests. Guests who park at a meter can have it paid by letting guest services know their spot, and they are asked not to use spaces reserved for other businesses.

Requested notice for changing or cancelling hair color, haircut and styling appointments is at least 24 hours, and keratin treatment appointments need at least 72 hours. Cancellations or missed appointments without that notice carry a cancellation fee.
