Concierge service brings hair and makeup artists to a client's home, office, hotel, bridal suite or event. Travel is $25 within 20 miles of the studio, and longer trips are charged by distance band, from $50 for 41 to 70 miles up to $175 for 161 to 200 miles. Parking or garage fees are added per artist to the final invoice. Additional artists cost $100 each, or $200 for a hair stylist and makeup artist together, subject to availability. A typical service takes about 40 minutes per person.

Booking is online at any hour. Clients should arrive 15 minutes early or on time; arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a request to reschedule if it affects the next appointment. Changes and cancellations need 24 hours' notice, with a 6 pm cutoff the day before the appointment, and missed appointments without notice are charged to the card on file within 24 hours. Braid and weave services require a working consultation and a deposit at booking, and braid or extension removal must be requested when booking at an extra cost. Food and drink are not allowed in the salon, children are welcome only when being serviced, and speakerphone use is not permitted. Membership cancellations must be made in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled debit.

The salon concentrates on upscale beauty treatments, and it also hosts events and runs education and training for industry professionals. The product range leaves out sulfates, parabens, petroleum and mineral oil.

Aromatherapy and ambient sound set the mood, and guests are offered beverages and light refreshments while they wait.
