Every visit begins with a consultation, which the salon describes as judgment-free. A consultation is recommended before color, extensions or hair replacement, and the $55 consultation fee is applied to future services. For hair replacement, wig and extension work, the fee is applied toward the final service.

Hair color covers single-process color, highlights and balayage, using premium color lines. Haircuts include major cuts, shape-ups and blowouts, and haircut prices include a blow dry that clients may decline. Keratin and texture services include express keratin, a full keratin treatment and body wave perms, which add soft, natural-looking curls.

Hair extensions are offered in several methods, including Great Lengths keratin pre-bonded pieces, sewn-in wefts, tape-ins, individual fusion and V-Light, and all extensions are human hair. Wigs and toppers are 100% human hair, custom-fitted, and clients can try them on at consultation. Some partner companies carry synthetic wigs that can be ordered from a catalog for trial. Scalp micropigmentation is a non-surgical option for thinning areas, performed by an in-house SMP artist, with pricing given after consultation.

Facials, brow and lash tinting, and full-body waxing are offered, and skin care and waxing take place in private treatment rooms or a private spa suite. Custom massages run 55 or 85 minutes, with CBD oil available as a $15 add-on. Massage and facial appointments are booked online through the Book Now page. Walk-ins are accepted when the salon can fit them in, though booking ahead is recommended. Hours are Monday and Sunday 10am to 2pm, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm.

Consultations come first, and treatments are shaped around each client's goals, hair type and hair history. Stylists are said to listen before recommending and to avoid overselling.
