Hair visits begin with a consultation. Color is priced from a starting rate, while length and density are quoted at the consultation. Corrective color, which uses woven foils, root shadow and gloss, runs about 3.5 hours and is priced by consultation. Keratin smoothing comes in an express version that the salon says lasts 4 to 6 weeks and a longer treatment it says reduces frizz for up to six months. Both need a 50% deposit that is credited to the total. The menu also includes a Redken Chemistry System treatment, perms, and a demi-permanent Gloss & Tone shine refresh.

The salon states that its waxing and skincare are performed by licensed estheticians. Each visit opens with a skin assessment and closes with a home-care plan. Facial options range from a 30-minute express facial to a 60-minute custom facial, plus a back facial, glycolic, lactic or salicylic peels, dermaplaning in express and deluxe versions, and LED light therapy as an add-on. Nail services cover classic, gel, sports and paraffin manicures, pedicures including a spa version with hot stones and extended massage, polish changes, and nail art. The salon states its nail tools are hospital-grade sterilized and single-use where it matters.

Bridal services can be done in the salon or on site for the wedding party. Hair and makeup trials are offered, and the hair trial includes a consultation, a style test and a photo reference for the wedding day. Day-of hair and makeup, per-person bridal party hair and makeup, and junior bridesmaid hair for ages 12 and under are also available, with lash add-ons for party makeup.

Booking is online through the salon's Meevo scheduler or by calling (610) 660-9201. Walk-ins are welcome but may wait. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and if a client is more than 15 minutes late the service may be shortened or rescheduled. Clients who are not happy may say so within three days, and adjustments with the original stylist are complimentary. Children may accompany clients, but small children should be left at home. Metered street parking is available; the salon suggests a parking app, and quarters are accepted. Gift cards come in any amount, and physical cards are also sold in fixed values; they can be redeemed for any service or product. All prices are listed in USD as starting rates.
