Visits are built around the skin a client has on the day rather than a fixed menu, and clients receive personalized treatment plans. Listed service times cover the full appointment. Add-ons such as LED light therapy, radio frequency, dermaplaning or microdermabrasion can be attached to a facial at booking, and several add-ons come with extra time noted on the menu. Teen treatments are offered for clients aged 13 to 19 and must be booked by a parent or guardian.

HydraBeauty facials are noted for deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration and brightening with no downtime. The Microdermabrasion Skin Tightening Facial includes radio frequency, and the Microneedling Skin Firming Facial includes radio frequency as well. The TCA Depigmentation Peel 10% is a 30-minute treatment for hyperpigmentation, melasma and sun damage, and a peel can be booked as an hour-long visit with a finishing facial. The Pumpkin Enzyme Resurfacing Facial is offered seasonally from September 1 to November 1.

Microneedling is available as a single session or as three- or five-session packages booked every four to six weeks, with sessions priced at about $100 each. Package credits do not expire, and packages are bought in the studio. Brow and lash services include brow lamination, lash lifts and tints, and bundles pair waxing or lamination with a tint. Products used include Skin Script.

Booking is online from 12 hours ahead up to 90 days out, and clients can text the studio for times inside the 12-hour window. Payment is made in full at the visit in the studio, with no online payment and no deposits. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before with no fee, and clients can move an appointment themselves up to two times. Missed appointments are noted on the account and are not charged automatically. Hair services are planned for summer 2027 and are not bookable yet; a signup list is available to be notified when booking opens.

Treatments are planned around each client's skin on the day of the visit, with personalized treatment plans rather than a fixed menu.
