Lash visits begin with a consultation with the technician. Extensions are applied with professional-grade adhesive placed about a millimeter away from the lid line. A full set takes 60 to 180 minutes and a refill takes 45 to 180 minutes, generally needed every two to four weeks. Removal is a 30-minute appointment using a gel remover. Bombshell, a fully black look across the lid line, is offered by consultation only and needs an above-average amount and condition of natural lashes.

The skin care menu covers facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, ProCell micro-channeling and microneedling, waxing, and an infrared sauna. The Acne Purifying Facial is designed for breakouts, the Teen Facial addresses adolescent breakouts, and the EyeCandy Deluxe Facial runs 75 minutes and includes a vitamin C treatment and a lactic peel. Clients should stop retinol and exfoliants four to seven days before a facial, and sunscreen is required after chemical peels. The studio does not work with clients under 14, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written consent from one.

Lash appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel. Without that notice, a $150 no-show fee applies to a full set and $75 to a refill. Lash sets are not refunded in cash or credit, but the team will work with clients on fixes. The sauna sessions run 20 to 45 minutes, with goggles, mist pumps for cleansing lashes, and a Bluetooth speaker. The studio says the sauna is safe for lash extensions, though lashes should stay dry for 12 to 24 hours after application because saunas and heavy steam can loosen the bond. Gift cards range from $25 to $1,000, let recipients choose the service, and expire 12 months after purchase.
