Full sets come in three styles. The Classic LITE set is a lighter option that adds subtle length and definition with little fullness. The standard Classic set applies one extension to each natural lash for length and definition. The Volume set places several lightweight extensions, called fans, on each natural lash for added density. Full sets run about 1 hour 30 minutes for the classic styles and about 2 hours for volume.

Fills are priced by the number of weeks since the last set, and each interval has a retention requirement. For a 1-week fill, at least 70 to 80 percent of the extensions need to remain. For a 2-week fill, at least 50 to 60 percent need to remain, and otherwise a 3-week fill or a full set may be recommended. For a 3-week fill, at least 30 to 40 percent need to remain, and otherwise a full set may be needed. Fills are reserved for existing clients, while new clients who already wear extensions can book a foreign fill. Foreign fills include removing any overgrown extensions when needed and refilling the remaining lashes, and foreign volume fills use handmade fans.

Lash lifts are offered in Traditional and Korean styles. The style is chosen during the appointment after the natural lashes have been assessed. The keratin lash lift and tint formula is described as infused with nourishing ingredients and keratin, and the business states results last 6 to 8 weeks. A standalone lash tint darkens natural lashes and typically lasts around 4 weeks, depending on the lash growth cycle.

Upper lip waxing is offered, and the lip and chin package also covers the lower chin. Guests should stop using retinols, chemical peels or exfoliants, and acne products on that skin for a minimum of seven days before their visit. Bookings can be cancelled if this preparation window is not respected.

Classic sets use a 1:1 technique with one extension per natural lash, while volume sets build density with multiple lightweight fans per lash. Lash lifts are matched to each client after their natural lashes are assessed.
