The salon says clean beauty has been its mission since 1978 and describes itself as an elite salon experience focused on precision hair color, cutting and design artistry. It serves local clients as well as guests who travel in from out of state.

Services are by appointment only. Bookings go through the website request form and require a valid debit or credit card on file, and confirmations and a reminder the day before are sent by text and email. Guests receive a freshly laundered smock on arrival, and high-necked tops may need to be removed for service. A complimentary Aveda Comforting Tea is served on arrival, warm in cooler months and iced in warmer ones.

A consultation, $50, covers look selection, design approach, timeline and maintenance, a service quote, and education on caring for hair at home. Haircuts and color are built individually: the artist assesses hair texture, type and density, and color formulas and dimension placement are created for each guest. A Scalp Balancing Treatment and Massage is included with every shampoo, given in a massaging shampoo chair, and a blow-dried finish with home-care recommendations is complimentary.

The salon uses only Aveda hair color and hair care products and says 90% or more of its hair care products are naturally derived. It states a commitment to paperless business practices and to education for both clients and team members, and each artist is required to keep refining their skills through continued education in the Aveda network. The salon also sponsors local youth sports in the South Forsyth community and supports the Chattahoochee River Keeper through its Aveda partnership.

Listed prices are base prices, and the artist sets final totals at consultation or service, which may add $10 to $25 per item. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours costs $25 per cancelled service, and a no-show without notice is charged 50% of the scheduled total to the card on file. A complimentary revision is offered within 14 days of the original service if a guest is less than satisfied. Aveda products may be returned or exchanged if more than 50% full.

The salon describes clean beauty as its mission and builds color and cutting around each guest's own hair, while requiring its artists to keep learning through continued education.
