Color is the core of the menu. Options range from a gloss toner that takes about 45 minutes, freshens blonde hair and tones out unwanted shades, to root touch-ups, all-over color, partial and full highlights or lowlights, babylights and freehand balayage for natural-looking highlights.

Beyond color, the menu includes women's, men's and children's cuts, a pixie cut and bang trims, along with extension removal and hand-tied extension maintenance, shampoo and style, special occasion styling, a deep conditioning treatment and eyebrow waxing. Consultations are free for general services and extensions, and a paid bridal consultation lets brides try on the hairstyles they have in mind for their wedding day over about 90 minutes.

Online booking requires a deposit of $10 to $50 depending on the service, with $50 for Vivid Color and hand-tied extension maintenance. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window, no-shows and arrivals 15 minutes or more late are charged 50% of the initial service, invoiced or charged to the card on file. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
