Manicure options range from a hygienic Russian manicure with shaping, cuticle work and optional oil and hand cream, with no polish, to a gel polish version that adds gel polish, and a hard gel version for short to medium natural nails. Hard gel includes removing the client's previous work, and removing product applied by another technician is an extra service. Clients returning for Gel-X soft gel extensions should book Removal + New Set.

Pedicures come in three forms: a hygienic version with toenail care, callus work with a pedicure disk and skincare chosen for the client's skin type; a mini version that covers toenails only, including removal, cuticle care, nail fold cleaning and gel or regular polish; and a full version with toenail care, gentle exfoliation with a pedicure disk and gel polish of the client's choice. The full pedicure price includes removing gel or polish applied elsewhere. Hard gel is not used on toes.

The studio works only with healthy skin and nails of the hands and feet and does not offer medical manicures or pedicures. Clients with lifting or separating nails, or empty spaces under the nails, are asked to book after addressing health concerns, and no product is applied to nails that are lifting or separating. The technician may decline service or suggest a medical professional if signs of infection, fungus, nail separation or skin disease are seen.

Treatments are limited to healthy skin and nails, and product is not applied to nails that are lifting or separating.
