Bodywork includes Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, and cupping massage, along with lymphatic massage on its own or paired with cupping, and Reiki sessions. A 20-minute Sinus Treatment is also offered for relieving sinus pressure, and clients should not book it while they have a cold.

Skincare covers Customizable Facials, which are tailored to each client's goals and run either an hour or an hour and a half and include a Ruby Dot massage. The HydraFacial comes in 45, 60, and 75 minute versions and works through cleansing, gentle peeling, suction to clear pores, moisturizers, and antioxidants and peptides. Microneedling is available as a stand-alone treatment, as a facial with hyaluronic acid and LED light therapy, and as part of The Ultimate Facial, which combines a HydraFacial with microneedling and LED light. Medi-aesthetic peels are matched to the client, with peel strength, skin type, and concerns decided together.

The Spa group offers Hair Removal waxing for brows, lips, and Brazilian areas, individually placed mink lashes in natural or dramatic looks, and temporary tinting for lashes, brows, or both. A full set of lashes takes 1.5 to 2 hours and a fill or partial set takes 1 to 1.5 hours; lashes can last up to 3 to 4 weeks, and fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.

Every service is customized to the client, and the treatment can change from visit to visit. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by phone at least 24 hours ahead, with a $35 rescheduling fee; discounted services are forfeited on a no-call, no-show. Payment is due at the session by cash, check, or major credit card. Gift cards start at $25.00. Street parking is available near 17th and Williams, where the southwest side of Williams has a 30-minute limit.
