Lash services range from quick sets in clusters or individuals to freestyle sets where the client picks the length and thickness, and a custom set built around each client's features. Options include hybrid, volume and light volume full sets and fills, colored lashes in pink, red, white, blue and purple, decorative jewelry and decals, and a Mink Monday quick service offered on Mondays only. Before a set, an eye analysis consultation covers recommended styles, curls and thickness. The site says Mink Monday lashes are latex free.

Aftercare and policies are spelled out. A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required at booking and goes toward the service. Lashes should arrive clean and free of makeup, eyeliner, mascara and lash glue, or a $10 cleaning fee applies. Changes need at least four to five hours' notice, and a short grace period applies before late fees and cancellation. Issues are fixed free within one to two days after a lash appointment, and results depend on natural lash health.

Lash plans are matched to each client's natural lashes, with a consultation to recommend styles, curls and thickness, and fills are offered only when enough lashes remain.
