The owner and lash artist is Yasmine (Yaz), who is the only artist listed. According to the salon, its aim is to elevate beauty standards.

Yaz spent years in management and training in the beauty industry before becoming a lash service provider. She has about eight years of experience in the field. Every set begins with a conversation about the client's lash goals, then is fitted to eye shape, color and preferred style.

Full sets run about two hours. Pricing depends on client status: a current client's full set is $125, a new client's custom set is $150 (offered to new clients for one-time use), and a returning client's customized set is $175 with one price for any style. Refills for current clients are $85 and take about an hour or more. Non-clients can book a foreign refill for $115, which takes about two hours. Refills are timed at one, two or three weeks since the last visit, with a four-week partial-set option. Booking refills at least two weeks ahead is recommended.

Refills require at least 40% of the extensions to remain; otherwise a full set is charged. A foreign refill may not be possible if the lashes are in poor condition, in which case a full set may be needed. Removal and a new set on the same day are only offered when time allows. The studio removes only its own lash work and does not remove work done by other artists, and removal must be arranged by message.

The salon sells a Lash Shampoo for $25. It is free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, alcohol and methylisothiazolinone, and the salon describes it as the cleanest and gentlest foaming lash shampoo.
