Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with lashes free of makeup, glue and other eye products, to take out contacts, and to send inspiration photos of the look they want after booking. Appointments must be confirmed the day before or they may be canceled. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 48 hours notice, and deposits are non-refundable. Bookings must be made under the client's own name, and children, friends or family cannot attend a service with the client. Start times are not guaranteed, so a short wait may happen.

Every lash style carries one price, with no added charge for custom looks. Fills are needed every two to three weeks to keep a set in place. If half or more of the lashes have shed, or a removal is needed, the visit is treated and priced as a full set. Working over another lash tech's work carries a charge of $80, which varies. Clients with existing lashes to be removed need to book a removal first. Emergency appointments on Sundays or outside posted hours carry an extra $40 fee.

Each set is built around the look the client has in mind, with a fixed price across styles.
