Bookings are made through the salon's Setmore link, and the schedule opens each Sunday for the following week. A $25 deposit secures an appointment and goes toward the service fee; it is non-refundable for no-call, no-show or same-day cancellations. Payment is required before future bookings can be made. The salon is open Tuesday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 10:45 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 11:45 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM, and it is closed Mondays and Thursdays.

Listed prices start at $30 for two natural braids with shaved sides and go up to $250 for a bohemian braided bob. A wash, condition and blowout is charged on styles that need a wash, and styles that need added hair carry an extension fee that covers the hair and travel. Prices can go up or down based on service needs, style changes, hair condition or scheduling, and the stylist can waive fees.

Starter locs include a consultation on sizing and grid options, the comb coil method, a basic style, loc care guidance and shampoo and conditioning treatments. Starter locs are listed at $100 for half a head and $150 for a full head, with added fees for longer lengths. Human hair extensions require a consultation, and the hair deposit must be paid before the appointment starts.

Arriving 5 to 10 minutes late carries a $10 fee and 15 minutes late carries a $15 fee; arriving 16 minutes or more late counts as a cancellation. A no-call or no-show incurs a $50 fee. Only one adult may attend a minor's appointment, and no additional guests are allowed.
