The signature Rouxtine is a 150-minute session that moves from consultation to a hair bath, scalp massage, treatment and styling. Silk press styling is customized, with the heat level and finish, whether press and comb, flat iron or curling iron, set to the client's preference. Highlighting services begin with a consultation, and clients are asked to bring five or more inspiration photos. Full sew-ins take about four to five hours, must be booked two to three weeks in advance, and need the client to supply hair that the stylist approves. Coloring extensions or natural hair blending cost extra and add time.

Pricing is presented without hidden fees. Philadelphia sales tax is added to the final cost and listed separately on the emailed receipt. Booking services weekly brings $10 off the service rate. Appointments carry a 15-minute grace period, and cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full scheduled service, and refunds are not offered, though the salon says it will work to make a disappointing visit right. Clients are asked not to add product the day or night before, and to mention any scalp issues, allergies or irritations before service. The salon does not service male clients. Wedding and bridal packages are available for the client and wedding party, with details requested by email.
