The salon offers hair braiding, coloring and cuts, along with commercial hair installs, wash and go styles, natural styling and updos. Chemical services include spot and full relaxers, touch-ups, traditional and spiral curly perms, and keratin treatments. Loc services cover interlocking, palm rolls, maintenance, coloring, repair and starter locs. Box braids and knotless braids must be arranged by phone, and small knotless braids are estimated to take 8 to 16 hours. Braid styling, bridal and makeup services can be requested by calling the salon.

Every service includes a complimentary consultation and a Vyce Porosity Check of hair texture and condition. Services are offered for children from age 2 upward. Walk-ins are accepted, and appointments can be booked online through the book page or the Mindbody app. Clients running late are asked to call or email with an estimated arrival time. Services over $250 require a deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged 100%. Salon services are not refunded, but concerns reported within 24 hours of a service can be adjusted at no cost. Reservation deposits are not refundable.

The West Philadelphia location is open Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM on alternating weeks; it is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, and Monday is by appointment only. The Center City location is open Monday from 9 AM to 1 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Wednesday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and it is closed Thursday through Saturday, with Sunday hours from 9 AM to 3 PM on alternating weeks.

Digital gift cards start at $25 and do not expire. The studio also runs an HVS PRO Pathway for people who want to begin a hair career with the studio.

The studio says beauty should not come at the expense of hair health. Each visit begins with a consultation and a porosity check of hair texture and condition.
