The space is bright and light-filled, and the salon aims to be somewhere both clients and stylists feel at home. Appointments can be booked online through the Book Now button, by phone, by text or by email. New clients are asked to hold their appointment with a credit card, which is only charged for a no-show or a cancellation made within 24 hours. First-time guests and anyone wanting a change of hairstyle are asked to add a complimentary consultation to their visit. Prices vary by the level of stylist chosen and can rise, so the listed prices are starting points and quotes are available on request by call, text or email. Blowdry and styling are not included in color or treatment pricing, but they are included in haircuts, the Brazilian Blowout and the Keratin Treatment. Color is usually booked first and the haircut afterward, since that order saves the most time. A haircut comes first for a completely different cut, a pixie before balayage or face framing, dramatic layers, or cutting five inches or more or donating hair.

Color work ranges from a gloss and root retouches to hand-painted balayage and foil highlights, with partial and full versions of most services. Nail services cover dry and gel manicures and pedicures, nail art, polish changes with OPI, repairs, removals and gel extensions. Eyebrow shaping is also available.
