About
Joshua Rossignol is a co-owner of Rossi Park. He started his career with Toni and Guy in the late 1990s and then apprenticed at Jose Eber salons, where he learned balayage and French-style cutting and dressing.
He has recently split his time between New York City, Aspen and Dallas. His session styling work has covered fashion, print and video production, and he has a long-standing association with L'Oreal Professionnel, through which he has traveled and taught. His specialties are balayage and color, with in-salon styling, and he works with women clients in Dallas, bringing a progressive, on-trend style.
