Services cover hair cutting, hair coloring, hair styling, hair extensions, and waxing with lash and brow tinting. Every haircut includes a shampoo with scalp massage and a blow-dry finish, and prices vary with length and the stylist's level. Hair color is priced by level, with individual techniques not charged separately; maintenance and pricing options are discussed at consultation. Corrective color is priced only after consultation, and the result is not guaranteed.

For smoothing, the salon offers a Keratin Smoothing Treatment aimed at frizz or curl, which the salon says lasts up to four months. Pricing is based on 2.0 oz of product, runs $175 to $300 for New Talent and Stylists and $200 to $350 for Advanced Stylists, and varies with hair length and thickness. A faster Keratin Complex Smoothing Express starts at $175, with $50 per extra ounce, and lasts about six weeks. The salon also offers Cezanne Chemical Free Smoothing, which it describes as chemical free and environmentally safe.

The salon uses only Aveda products for haircuts, selected for hair type and texture, and uses Aveda hair color that it describes as at least 94% naturally derived. It has joined Green Circle Salons, a recycling program for salon waste. Willie & Coote offers a complimentary haircut to clients who donate 12 inches or more of hair to Wigs for Kids, sponsors a yearly fundraiser for The St. Baldrick's Foundation, and takes part in the Aveda Walk for Water each Earth Month. The salon is closed on Mondays for education, is open 10am to 6pm on Fridays, and takes its last daily appointment at closing.
