Hand-tied wefts and tape-ins are typically due for a move-up every six to eight weeks, while K-tips can stay in for several months before a new installation. A visit begins with a consultation covering the hair and scalp, a method recommendation, custom color matching and a maintenance plan with a quote. Extension pricing depends on the method, length, density, custom color and the amount of hair needed, and it is confirmed at that consultation. Color work falls into three groups. Dimensional and rich looks include balayage, brunette dimension and face-framing highlights. Lightening and corrective work is planned around a client's hair history, its condition and the outcome of a strand test. Cut and finish services include haircuts tailored to each client, blending for extensions, and blowouts and styling for daily wear or special occasions. The salon uses Bhave professional products and also sells them.

Clients are taught how to care for their hair and extensions. The salon advises keeping maintenance appointments on schedule and never removing or adjusting extensions at home.
