Color is a large part of the menu. Options run from express color and gloss-only visits to grey coverage sized by how much regrowth is showing, and from classic blonding and balayage in partial or full versions to color melts. Color correction is fully customized, begins with a consultation, and may take several sessions.

Extension work includes move-up appointments that reposition and refresh sew-in wefts as natural hair grows, plus sew-in and tape-in installs. Hair for installs is not included. Extension color is matched to the amount of hair and the service needed.

Styling and haircuts include shampoo and blowouts, cut and blow dry, and short or long hair styling. Curls or flat ironing can be added for an extra fee. For weddings, the salon offers a Bridal Trial, a Wedding Day Bridal Style customized to the dress and look, and a range of bridal styles from soft waves and half-up looks to intricate updos. Clip-in extensions, hair accessories and veils can be added as styling add-ons.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Cancellations need 24 hours of notice to avoid a fee. Gift certificates are available. The studio has free parking, EV charging, wifi, complimentary beverages and wheelchair access. Dogs are welcome, according to Nikki's booking page. The salon says it supports the LGBTQIA+ community and describes itself as a safe space.
