Every visit starts with a one-on-one consultation to learn a client's hair goals, daily lifestyle and how much upkeep they want to commit to. Extensions and hair color can both be handled at the salon, so the color and the blend are planned together rather than by two separate providers.

Natural Beaded Rows, or NBR, is the service the salon is best known for. A trained specialist installs the extensions, and according to the FAQ the method uses no glue, tape or heat, which the salon describes as damage-free. Each set is matched to the client's color, texture and desired look. Most clients need one or two rows, and some choose three for extra fullness. A private 30-minute consultation covers a hair assessment and a breakdown of cost and maintenance. With proper care a set can last six to twelve months, and maintenance visits every six to eight weeks adjust the wefts as natural hair grows. Initial installation typically runs from $1,300 to $3,000, and maintenance usually costs $200 to $500, depending on the amount of hair, installation time and stylist expertise. The salon says its extension team is skilled enough to teach NBR methods to other stylists and that its master trainers travel to teach extension methods.
