Brow services are a separate group at the salon. Options include waxing, tinting with natural ingredients, and a combined tint and wax that uses henna. Consultations are free and take about 15 minutes, and clients are asked to call ahead to book one.

The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday noon to 8 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 1 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Clients who need to cancel are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so the appointment can be rebooked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom value.
