Color work covers toning, root retouching, hairline and part-line color, and custom blonding, with high-performance color lines and fortifying treatments used during lightening. Color analysis comes in two levels: a short Essence reading that identifies only a warm or cool direction without assigning a palette, and a longer, fully personalized Aura analysis. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup so the reading reflects natural skin tone. The salon notes that seasonal sun exposure does not affect results, so repeat analyses are not needed each season.

For hair loss, the salon offers a paid consultation that reviews root causes and sets up a plan using internal support, topical solutions and take-home aftercare. The salon says it takes a trichology approach, addressing underlying causes rather than only symptoms, and lists scoping analysis, epigenetic testing and advanced therapies among its trichology services. The consultation may be eligible under an HSA or HFA plan, which clients should confirm with their provider.

Head spa rituals run from a 45-minute scalp care visit to two-hour Japanese head spa sessions using Milbon Gold or certified organic Oway products. Blowouts are not included in the two-hour sessions. The Golden package bundles a head spa, a Radiance blowout and an Aura color analysis, with 10% off the most popular services in the bundle. Booking three rituals together also carries extra savings.

Policies: cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and shorter notice incurs a $50 fee per service, due before a new appointment is booked. No-shows are charged 50% of the service total. Children under 12 may not accompany guests, so children needing services should book on a separate day. Cut or color concerns should be reported within 7 days for correction, and retail purchases can be exchanged at full credit within 30 days. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $185 and $235 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Tuesday 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Clients can call or text 614-400-8455.
