A root-only color retouch comes with a blowout, and a gloss refresh covers color between full appointments, with clarifying shampoo, a scalp massage and a blowout included. For lightening, options run from a mini blonding around the part and face, and a zoom groom that focuses on the part and hairline, through partial and full highlights, to balayage and full blonding. Full blonding can use balayage, teasylights or traditional highlights across the whole head. Full traditional highlights are done without a gloss, and the price for them includes an extra product fee per bowl.

Appointments run Tuesday and Thursday 1 to 7 PM, Wednesday and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM, and Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, with the studio closed Sunday and Monday. Each visit can begin with a free 30-minute consultation to talk through hair goals and plan a look. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged half of the scheduled services. New clients booking a full blonding or a keratin treatment pay a $50 deposit. The booking site also offers gift cards and a shop section.

Looks are built to feel natural and easy to wear, and the consultation is there to plan the look before the service begins.
