Extensions are the salon's specialty, built around the concealed bead method. Every stylist doing extensions is trained in that technique, and the salon uses its own Melted Salon Private Collection hair, which is 100% human, remy and double drawn for more volume toward the ends. New extension guests begin with a consultation to review their hair and goals. Concealed bead wefts and nano-bead individuals are quoted from $1,200 to $3,500 at that visit, and each set is customized to the guest's hair texture, density and color. Genius Wefts keep the beadwork between the wefts so it is not visible from above or below. Nano Rings/Beads are small 1-gram bundles with metal loops that attach to nano beads in the hair, used alongside wefts or as a full install. The salon states that extensions are installed without glue, heat or adhesive near natural hair. It generally does not install hair brought in by clients, though existing extension wearers are assessed case by case.

Maintenance is typically booked every 6 to 8 weeks to move the beads up as natural hair grows. It can be booked hourly at $160, which averages about 2 to 4 hours with wash, blowout or color extra, or by row at $250 for one row, $350 for two and $450 for three. Each visit includes complete removal, wash, scalp treatment, a gloss, toner or mask, blowout, re-install and style out. Mini move-ups are not offered. According to the salon, extension wefts can last 12 months or more with proper care. Extension packages cover all hair needed, full install, style out, full-size take-home products, custom color matching, a blending haircut and at-home care tips.

Color and blonding are sold in six tiers, Reset through Transform, with sessions running from about one hour to six hours. Each includes product, color and lightener for the session, a treatment, haircut, blowout and style, a scalp massage and a hot aroma therapy towel. Define and Transform include a provided meal. Reset is a shorter wash, gloss and style-out without haircut or treatment. Each stylist sets their own prices within the salon's listed ranges. Clipper cuts and mid-to-long haircuts are also offered, and traditional blowouts are $55 while blowouts with extensions are $65 with extra attention around attachment points.

Smoothing treatments include Brazilian Blowout at $300 (about 90 minutes), Keratin Complex NKST at $350 and Qiqi at $350 (about 2 to 3 hours). The salon says the Brazilian Blowout leaves hair frizz-free for up to 24 washes, that Keratin Complex NKST reduces frizz and curl for up to 5 months, and that Qiqi offers permanent straightening in three versions for different hair types. The salon also offers non-surgical hair loss solutions, including mesh integration, meshless options and custom crowns and toppers. Memberships are monthly with a three-month minimum and can be cancelled anytime after. The Ritual is $100 traditional or $120 with extensions and includes two blowouts a month, 10% off retail, $5 off extra blowouts and a complimentary birthday blowout. The Concierge Pass is $225 or $275 with extensions and includes up to five blowouts a month, a welcome gift, 10% off retail and $10 off extra blowouts. Blowout packages of two or four are also available and can be used whenever the client likes.

The salon customizes each extension set and color plan to the guest's hair texture, density and color, with color designed to grow out well. It says a guest's hair should feel like them, and aims for guests to leave feeling confident, comfortable and cared for.

Guests can use snacks, wireless chargers and a dedicated workspace in a newer space the salon says was designed to match its work.
