The studio is run by owner Kylie Phillippi, who has spent more than 30 years in the hair industry, with work in Missouri, Alabama, California and Texas. She ran and owned her own salon for 12 years before selling it, and has since owned several salon companies. She has also spent over a decade coaching and mentoring stylists, helping them launch salons and careers.
A visit usually begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, offered in person or virtually. Extension installs take one to two hours and finish with a blowout and styling. Tape-in extensions need a move-up every five to eight weeks, about 1.5 to 2 hours, while weft extensions are usually maintained every eight to ten weeks, around 1.5 hours. Pricing depends on how many packs a look needs, and color work on natural hair is an added cost. Prices are listed on an and-up basis, so each figure is the minimum for that appointment.
Weekday hours run from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays are by request and the studio is closed Sundays. Extension deposits are non-refundable because the hair cost covers custom blending. Late arrivals may be charged the full service price, rescheduled with a late arrival fee, or charged a no-show fee. Wig and topper fittings take place in a private consultation where style, fiber and cap type are chosen.
Work is planned around each client's hair type, goals and lifestyle, with services for extensions, restoration and wigs.
