The menu covers a wide range of nail work. Manicures and pedicures come in several tiers, from a simple pedicure at $36 to a longer Golden Deep Relaxing Pedicure at $98, and each step is listed with its timing and what it includes. Enhancements include dip powder in color, French and ombre finishes, Gel-X, builder gel, and Solar pink and white acrylic fills and full sets. Add-ons such as nail art, cat eye, chrome, nail repair and a 10-minute massage can be combined with a service.

Waxing is available for the chin and lips, and there is a kids' menu for guests under 10 that includes manicures, pedicures, polish changes, brow tinting and shaping, and a full-face option.

The salon describes a welcoming, comfortable space with room to relax and talk. A private party room can be rented for up to 18 guests for two hours at $900, which does not include nail services, with extra time available at $200 per hour up to four hours in total, subject to availability and salon approval. The rental includes a celebration cake, basic non-alcoholic drinks, music setup and basic cleanup. A 50% deposit reserves the date, and clients who spend $500 or more on nail services during the party receive 10% off those services.

Technicians look closely at shape, color and finish, and they ask each client about their style preferences before starting. The salon says it uses single-use tools and carefully sanitized equipment.
