Clients can book a range of hair services, from bang trims and kids' haircuts to foil and balayage color, blow-dries, keratherapy and tape-in extensions. Waxing for eyebrows and lips is also available. Service prices are listed individually, with several combined options that pair a color or highlight service with a haircut.

Before a color or extension appointment, clients can book a free consultation to meet the stylist, talk through their wants and concerns, and in the case of extensions, choose the length, volume and style they want. Payment can be split in person with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and late changes or missed appointments may be charged a 50% service fee.

The salon is open Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 1 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Questions can be sent through the contact form on the website.
