The salon says it shapes each visit around the client's individual needs and lifestyle, and describes every appointment as one of a kind. Consultations are a conversation between client and stylist about the end goal and the steps to reach it. A consultation is required before vivid color, corrective color and body perms.

Color and highlighting make up much of the menu: free-hand balayage, partial and full highlights, face-framing highlights, highlights and lowlights, ombre, all-over color, gloss, root touch ups, corrective color, bleach and tone, and vivid color. Chemical services include relaxers, body perms and a men's half-head perm. Haircuts are offered for women, men, boys and girls, including curly cuts for women and clipper cuts for boys ages 10 to 13. Styling, updos, brow tint and a deep conditioning treatment round out the list.

Some services need a deposit at booking: $25 for many color, highlight, relaxer and perm services and $50 for corrective color. The salon asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel, charges a cancellation fee for shorter notice, and charges 100% of booked services for no-calls, no-shows and same-day cancellations. Clients can pay by cash, debit or credit, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
