Clients can book online through a Square booking page, or contact the salon by call, text or email during business hours. Questions asked outside those hours are answered as soon as possible. Clients can also buy eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, or group gift cards that several people can pool money toward.

Booking a color correction or a vivid color means a consultation comes first, and a deposit may be required to secure the appointment. The salon offers a free 15-minute consultation to discuss hair goals and the services that fit them. Listed prices are starting points that can differ by stylist, and glazes, toners and other extra steps are not part of those prices. Any additional charges are explained to the client before the service begins. Special occasion styles require hair that is clean and fully dry when the client arrives. Bang trims are complimentary for existing clients who book with their regular stylist.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are free. After that window the fee is 50% of the service price, within 10 hours of the appointment it is 75%, and within two hours or for a no-show it is 100%.

The salon combines full-service color, cutting and styling with a consultation step before services that need planning, such as corrections, vivid color and special occasion work.
