Color services cover maintenance toner and gloss for toning and shine between color appointments, root touch-ups, all over color, partial and full highlights, face frame highlights paired with a haircut, bleach retouch with a bond-protecting treatment, and balayage. A keratin complex express blowout is also offered. Extension clients can book weft removal or a no-charge extension consultation, where the consultation fee goes toward services.
Color corrections begin with an in-person consultation to review hair history, goals and budget, and a $100 non-refundable deposit at booking that is applied to the total. A free 15-minute color consultation is available. The salon does not typically carry retail products, but it offers personalized product recommendations and special orders when available.
Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, or 48 hours for color correction services. Changes outside that window, and no-shows, are charged 20% of the scheduled total. New guests booking online must keep a valid card on file. Late arrivals are charged the full service price and may be shortened or moved. Refunds are not offered, but adjustments can be requested within 7 days and are complimentary when they match the original consultation. Children must stay supervised, and services are declined if head lice are present.
