Each visit begins with a microscopic scalp analysis, and the treatment is tailored to what that analysis shows. Treatments are modeled on a Japanese head spa ritual and are paced slowly, with time spent teaching clients about scalp care rather than rushing through the service. The products are clean, natural, herbal formulas chosen for their detoxifying and clarifying properties, with the aim of rehydrating the scalp and balancing its pH.

The head spa menu runs from the Desert Crown dry treatment, a waterless scalp service on dry hair, through the Root Awakening Renewal, Grounding Glow Ritual, Crown Recovery Therapy, and Tranquil Tingle Therapy. Gentleman's Deluxe is a men's service that adds beard work where relevant. Add-ons include a hair conditioning mask, a sound bath using chakra-aligned crystal singing bowls, and extra scalp massage time. Blow dries and one length haircuts are also available.

Rooted Together Experiences are for two people and are offered on Saturdays only. Clients booking the Signature Shared Ritual or the Deluxe Duo Retreat see an automatic 20% gratuity added at checkout, which can be increased. The studio recommends a head spa visit every four to six weeks and runs a VIP Rooted Rewards program that makes the fifth head spa service 50% off when completed within 12 months. Services are not offered to clients with extensions, braids, locs, or sores. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, or 72 hours for group bookings, and clients with repeated policy breaks cannot book until fees are paid.
