Haircuts and blowouts can be booked online. Color appointments are made by phone, and color reservations are held with a card; a hold transaction may be required for large time slots. Extension services begin with an in-person consultation for every guest, and special occasion makeup requires a phone consultation first.

Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. Late arrivals have their appointment end at the scheduled time. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service fee, and cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows are charged the full fee. Guests may request changes within 7 days of a service, but refunds on services are not offered. Additional services needed to reach the desired look are charged at full price if they were not originally booked.

Card payments carry a 3% surcharge, while cash is not surcharged. Tips cannot be added to the bill. An ATM charging a small fee is located inside. Children are admitted by advance booking, and anyone under 16 needs a parent or a guardian with legal responsibility for them present. Assistance animals are allowed. The salon takes no liability for items that go missing or get taken, so clients are asked to take off earrings and belongings before coloring or styling.

Opened or unopened products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, but returns from other Aveda stores or salons are not accepted. Gift card sales are final, and lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
